The work we do is created together with strong initiators who are shaping the areas and buildings of tomorrow. We join forces with project developers, investors, (semi-)government and non-profit organizations, making the world a bit more interesting. Many of our projects are confidential at the stage in which we work, but below is a glimpse of some cases.
The current business park Sloterdijk I Zuid will be transformed in the coming years into a mixed residential and work district. On behalf of a broad team (including SBI Development, Bun Vastgoed, and AM), we are working on a vital future vision and structural design for block III in the area. In doing so, we are implementing the major ambitions for the district into a concrete plan that fits within the urban planning and policy frameworks of the future area.
We have been selected by the Municipality of Maassluis for a new assignment! We will be conducting a feasibility study for the new Olympia Hall and facilities for adjacent indoor and outdoor sports accommodations.
We are working on an exciting new project! In collaboration with the Municipality of Sliedrecht and housing corporation Tablis Wonen, we are developing densification and infill strategies in the village.
We are one of the selected agencies to conduct design research for the police! In the span of four years, we will work together with MoederscheimMoonen Architects and Juurlink+Geluk on spatial challenges that contribute to a safer Netherlands.
In collaboration with 3W real estate and AT Capital, we conducted a spatial exploration into the development possibilities of Heuvel, one of the largest inner-city shopping centers in our country. We examined how this important location in Eindhoven can become future-proof and vibrant, for example by adding residential spaces and strengthening the current retail offering.
For CM.com Circuit Zandvoort, we are shaping the future of the circuit. How do you turn a mono-functional circuit into a place where there is something to experience 365 days a year? We developed an area vision in which a redefinition of the audience and programming is key.
We are working on the spatial future vision for the care institution Ipse de Bruggen. Using structural plans, we are shaping three estates. The vision for care, space, time, and quality come together in a master plan with a broad real estate strategy up to 2050.
